The Randomness- Be Kind to Yourself

One day sooner or later you will understand that the whole world is within you. Nobody’s behavior or presence makes a difference until you give them the power to effect you. Everything depends on how you let people and things effect you and when you understand the seriousness of this you can put a line between the world’s mess and your happiness. Once you put a line you will always find yourself on the happier side.

Even if I write millions of words it will never be enough for me to express how important it is to be kind to yourself. An act of kindness goes a long way so why not be kind to yourself first. I am not against being a selfless person but I have seen who in the process of being selfless forgot that they have their own needs. Neglecting yourself does nothing than harm to you, until you are not in a happy state you cannot spread happiness. Positivity attracts positivity, while negativity just messes you up.

The negativity not just effects you mentally but physically too. You know there are days it difficult to get up from bed, those days be kind to yourself. If you want to take the day off take it but know that you have to get up next day and face everything. Stay in the bed late but then get up and take a long warm bath, eat your comfort meal, watch your favorite movie, read a book, exercise, go to gym, do anything that makes you feel better. Its okay to stay in bed but not for long, sulking in bed is going to do no benefit to you.

Sit by your window and watch a sunrise or a sunset, you will in awe of its beauty. Look at it and think how small you are in this big world, look at the sun how everyday it rises and sets, how it fills the earth with warmth and light. Let it do the same with you, let the warmth make you feel comfortable in your own skin and let its light make things bright and clear for you to deal with. Water a plant and watch it grow day by day, let it bloom and bring freshness into your life. Get a pet, take care of it and feed it and let it fill the loneliness you feel. Do things that make you feel better if you don’t know what will make you feel better then keep on trying new things until you find your thing, the act that makes you feel better on your low day. Let us try to simplify life day by day rather than complicating it by over thinking.

Everyone deserves to be treated right not just by others but themselves too. I know everyone goes through a bad phase where we think we don’t deserve good and try to find happiness in just being kind to others. You will never find positivity until you are at peace. If there is a mistake you have done which is disturbing you, make a promise to yourself that you wont repeat it and let go. If it has effected someone try to make it right to them. Just don’t sit demotivating yourself. Your inner peace effects you mentally as well as physically. If you are disturbed then you will not find motivation in doing anything, physically and it continue until you decide to let go of the thing that is disturbing you. It is good that you realize your mistake and feel bad about it, but the realization does no good until you try to improve yourself.

Truly to enjoy life you must enjoy who you are and be thankful to the way you are and once you learn to master this nothing will ever make you feel you can or you cannot.
