Can anything be more difficult than trusting people. For trusting people you have to first trust yourself, trust your instinct, trust your gut feeling. It takes a lot of strength and courage to trust people. But there are times when people are not worth the trust as when the time gets tough they break it and from there the difficult journey begins.

You know what shakes up your mind the most? The one thing you were sure about turns out to be wrong. You start doubting yourself, you stop trusting yourself and there can be nothing worst than that.

It is always difficult to trust people and one of the most usual reason we start trusting people is by sharing our pain. Like sharing the happiness increases it, sharing the pain decreases it. But as I have said earlier it takes a lot of courage. Always try to be the person people trust and share their feeling, as kindness is a must and doesn’t go wasted.

How difficult is it to let someone know you are in pain,
Letting someone know how vulnerable you feel,
Letting someone know your weakest spot,
Trusting someone and believing that they won’t do the same.
Alas life isn’t fair !

Trust is like a mirror, when it breaks there are lot of shards, shattered but clearer as each piece shows you the truth you were running from. Never try to delay a painful truth as it will catch up on you, on your weakest moment and dealing with it unprepared is going to be the worst.

Trust people, be strong and trust yourself also. It is important to remember that when someone breaks your trust it is not the end of the world, it is just the end of their chapter in your life. You have to understand that it was nowhere your fault, you don’t have to stop trusting others or yourself. Somethings and some people were never meant to be, so don’t stress upon them and losing you is their loss.
